Tuesday was the second time Joe & Co. came to our rescue. The first time was five years ago when they rebuilt our dead 1997 Sub Zero. They brought it up to date, saved us the cost of a new Sub Zero and allowed us to keep our existing cabinetry. This time the fridge went out on Memorial Day. I called Joe early Tuesday morning and to my surprise his son Jonathan was at our house the same day! He was able to find the broken part and repair the Sub Zero. That was three days ago and it is working just fine. He also adjusted the door so that it is easier for me to open. Thanks, Joe & Jonathan!

We've been working with Joe for years and recently his son, Jonathan, Wonderful service, informative, helpful, friendly... Joe stands behind his work and has even come out on a weekend, which is rare for any kind of in-home service! Additionally, it's hard to find really reliable and good Sub-zero and Miele repair people, and these guys are it!

Joseph worked on our coffee maker, dishwasher and microwave oven. He was very knowledgeable of each product and communicative of the problems and possible solutions. High end appliances are expensive and he was very helpful in determining cost effective ways to repair with out having to replace. I would recommend him for you appliance work!

All the other reviews seem to cover his great qualities, and its true he can seem expensive, but if you have want quality service he is the way to go. Subzero/Wolf now recommends other service providers. Clarke came to us a few years ago and on arrival they were curt and unhelpful. I tried Carey and the wait was ridiculous. Subzero (who can be very helpful on the phone) told me "I think Cote is out of business". Not true. Seems all his old clients (like me, I used him once years ago in another house). So glad I sought him out again online. He really knows his stuff and works fast.

Joe's son actually came out and did the repair work on our Sub Zero ice maker. He was pleasant, professional and quick. You can't ask for much more than that.

I hired Joe to fix my icemaker and service my sub zero. Found out the vacuum compressor indicator flashing in the message center for weeks was the precursor to a bigger issue. Needed a new condenser. Joe had all of the parts required to repair both issues on his truck so there were no untimely delays or return trips and service charges. The bill was steep but in line with other repairs I've had done on my other high end appliances. He explained all of the repairs, fixed an issue with the water supply to the icemaker that caused the damage the old unit and was quick to complete the repair. He even made some recommendations to optimize the space in the refrigerator and offered to try and get me a used door shelf to accomplish this.

We hired Joe to repair our sub zero ice maker. He was quick to respond and did a great job. I would highly recommend him and his team any day. Our ice maker is as good as new!

Joe was recommended to me by another appliance repair company because that other company didn't work on Wolf products. It was very easy to schedule him, and he showed up in the window I was given. I was really impressed that he showed up with a trailer full of parts, so he was able to repair my oven on the spot. I appreciated that he showed me what was wrong with the part that needed replacing, and that he was able to do the work so quickly.

my sub zero died unexpectedly and joe cote, when contacted, provided a date on which he could inspect my fridge and hopefully repair it. he showed up as arranged and with a truck load of spare parts but unfortunately my machine was terminal. joe explained my options in a professional manner and we agreed on the spot to accept a reconditioned machine which was prepped and delivered exactly on the schedule that joe provided. he even threw in a upgraded stainless panel set at no charge! in my opinion this company is professional, organized and delivers what it promises on time and with a smile. I would recommend this company to others with a very clear conscience.

Our SubZero dripping water daily with a big puddle awaiting us every morning. I called Joseph Cote and Co (who had been there to properly fix the SubZero in the past and was kind enough to leave a sticker on the inside with his contact information). They promptly returned the call, listened to the problem which he knew would be an easy fix (clogged drain). So we confirmed the price and he sent Jonathan over who did an excellent job. He was very thorough, clean, and pleasant. I wouldn't hesitate to refer them.

We had an issue with our Sub-Zero freezer and I was expecting a pricy and lengthy repair time for this kind of appliance. This was not the case with Joseph Conte & Company. The service appointment was scheduled very quickly and Jonathan, our service man, arrived promptly, was extremely professional and diagnosed the problem right away. He had complete knowledge of the issue at hand and explained in detail what was wrong and what needed to be done. He kept the work area protected and clean and the best thing was that we did not have to wait for the part to be ordered - the repair was completed during the one visit. Going forward, Joseph Conte & Company will be the only people I call for my appliance repairs.

The hours were listed as closing at 6. I left a message around 5:30, but didn't expect to get a call back until the next day. About 15 minutes later Joe called and said he could be here in an hour. He was right on time. He figured out the problem and fixed it right away. He really went out of his way to get my refrigerator up and running.
